Billing

Manage your subscription, view invoices, and track payment history.

Overview

Billing provides a centralized view of your subscription plan, payment methods, and invoices. Monitor your usage against plan limits and upgrade when needed.


Concepts

Subscription Plan

The pricing tier that determines your resource limits and available features. Plans include Free, Pro, and Enterprise tiers.

Billing Cycle

The recurring period for charges, typically monthly. Usage is calculated and billed at the end of each cycle.

Invoice

A detailed record of charges for a billing period, including base subscription fees and any overage charges.


View Billing Information

  1. Navigate to your Site in the Dashboard.
  2. Click the Billing tab.
  3. View your current plan and billing details.

Current Plan

View your active subscription:

  • Plan Name: Your current tier (Free, Pro, Enterprise)
  • Price: Monthly subscription cost
  • Renewal Date: Next billing date
  • Included Resources: What's included in your plan

Upgrade Plan

  1. Navigate to Billing.
  2. Click Upgrade Plan.
  3. Compare available plans.
  4. Select a new plan.
  5. Confirm upgrade.
tip

Upgrades take effect immediately. You'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the billing cycle.


Downgrade Plan

  1. Navigate to Billing.
  2. Click Change Plan.
  3. Select a lower tier.
  4. Confirm downgrade.

Downgrading may disable features or reduce resource limits. Ensure your current usage fits within the new plan's limits.


Payment Methods

Add Payment Method

  1. Navigate to Billing.
  2. Click Payment Methods.
  3. Click Add Payment Method.
  4. Enter card details.
  5. Click Save.

Update Payment Method

  1. Navigate to Billing > Payment Methods.
  2. Click Edit on the payment method.
  3. Update the details.
  4. Click Save.

Remove Payment Method

  1. Navigate to Billing > Payment Methods.
  2. Click Delete on the payment method.
  3. Confirm removal.
note

You must have at least one valid payment method on paid plans.


Invoices

View Invoices

  1. Navigate to Billing.
  2. Click Invoices or scroll to the invoice section.
  3. View the list of all invoices:
    • Date: Invoice date
    • Amount: Total charged
    • Status: Paid, Pending, or Failed
    • Actions: Download PDF

Download Invoice

  1. Find the invoice in the list.
  2. Click Download or the PDF icon.
  3. Save the invoice to your device.

Billing History

View a complete history of all charges:

Configuration

Billing Contact

Update the email address for billing notifications:

  1. Navigate to Billing > Settings.
  2. Update the Billing Email.
  3. Click Save.

Tax Information

Add tax ID or VAT number:

  1. Navigate to Billing > Settings.
  2. Enter your Tax ID.
  3. Click Save.

Troubleshooting

Payment failed

Problem: A payment attempt was declined.

Solution:

  1. Verify your payment method details are correct.
  2. Ensure sufficient funds are available.
  3. Contact your bank if the issue persists.
  4. Add an alternative payment method.

Invoice not received

Problem: Expected invoice not in email inbox.

Solution:

  1. Check spam/junk folder.
  2. Verify billing email address is correct.
  3. Download directly from the Billing page.

Unexpected charges

Problem: Charges don't match expected amount.

Solution:

  1. Review the invoice breakdown for details.
  2. Check for overage charges from exceeding limits.
  3. Review Usage Analytics for consumption details.
  4. Contact support for clarification.
